Way To Go Man of The Month!

Our man of the month (I should probably say months) TJ Schiller won his first gold in slopestyle at the winter x games!!!!!! Coming in as an alternate and competing in only one other competition since recovering from tearing his ACL last season TJ had a sick first run and no one could beat it. A highly unlikely and awesome win! Way to go my future husband and Fannie's future lover on the side (if she is lucky).

How I Wish You Were Here

The start of the semester has been a little shaky all starting with my best friend moving to another continent, followed by more friends going off to school, breaking my phone, and missing the first two days of school and laying in bed sick. However yesterday was a great day filled with some of our favorite things, I just wish you were there to enjoy them with me!

-Even though I don't usually like Lo mien we had Chinese for dinner and I was loving Asian Star's it made me think of you and your weird love of Chinese noodle dishes. ( I didn't take a picture it was gone too quickly)

- I actually finished my DG letters, indulging in our love of crafts involving modge podge!

-The night was topped off with a couple of mindless hours spent watching GG and Greek(thanks to Katelyn's christmas present best little sis ever). A night with Nate and Cappie (you weren't even there to rain on my parade by commenting on his excessive man jewels) what more could I ask for maybe if I could just combine Nate's good looks and Cappie's wit I would really have my perfect man.

-It wouldn't be our favorite things if I did not include a treat. Mind you this is not just a pint, but a quart! Since I have a sore throat I have decided that my medicine should be lots of ice cream so I figured why not buy the big one?

Hey Everyone!

I'm currently lying in bed right now.  I can't fall asleep.   Somehow I have not grown out of the almost unbearable anticipation of Christmas Eve when you're a kid.  It's a mixture of wanting to fall asleep so badly because morning = presents, and valiantly keeping your eyes glued open and your ears perked in hopes of hearing Santa. My mom claimed every year she heard Santa on her roof we she was little.  Oh boy, that statement alone was cause for countless late night Christmas Eve's because I did not want to miss out on hearing Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, etc on my roof.  Well anyways, here I am, not able to fall asleep on Christmas Eve, so I thought I would spread some Christmas cheer and wish all of you (which in actuality is probably just Mash) a very merry Christmas.  And show you a picture of Christmas gnomes because everyone can use more gnomes in their life.

Ways to Waste Your Time on the Internet

The other day Fannie was complaining to me that she was tired from staying up too late the night before. When I asked her what she was doing she told me she was on the Internet for a few hours. Having a mindless job where I have a lot of time to kill and computer access, I asked her to share some of her favorite time wasters with me. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the ones she sent me so I thought why not help others make it through their work day. Here they are enjoy!

Nothing gets done at the library except for the slow chipping away of our sanity and the occasional social encounter of a fellow inhabitant of Greek Row pretending to study.
